The license is renewable every year. If you wish to cancel before your next renewal, please inform us in writing 48 hours before the payment is due to allow us enough time to cancel. Please note that if you decide to cancel once payment has been taken, you will receive a part refund less the amount of days into the current renewal period. Otherwise you are responsible for cancelling your payment details with your bank if you decide you no longer want to renew.
